English term or phrase: to give good and sufficient conveyance in fee

I do hereby order and direct that my Executors hereinabove named shall have full power and authority to sell, either at public or private sale and at such prices as they may consider fair, any or all of my real estate or personal property, and I do hereby empower them *to give good and sufficient conveyance in fee for the same*.
