You can use the marker detail window (Figure 10) to display either real-time R-gram and therapy session data or marker log data. In the marker detail window, you can freeze waveforms; a grid behind the waveform allows you to determine the patient’s respiration rate.

Steffen Walter Aug 30, 2011: What's the broader context here? For the moment, I assume that "R-gram" stands for respirogram because of the "respiration rate" mentioned at the end of the sentence.
