neutral  dkfmmuc: zu genehmigen? Ich würde den Satz anders auflösen: .. und mit Bedingungen, die von der anderen Partei [Anmerkung: bereits] genehmigt/angenommen worden sind. Das heißt: Erst Gespräch mit Versicherungsnehmer, dann Antrag ausfüllen, geht zur Ausfertigung an

  -> Verstehe ich anders. Der Supplier schließt die Versicherungen ab und muss diese dann vom Buyer absegnen lassen. Other party is für mich nicht der Versicherungsnehmer
agree  Jutta M. Hohe: mit Katja. Es geht ja wohl um einen Werkvertrag im Bauwesen; other party wäre dann der Auftraggeber oder Bauherr, der Versicherungsnehmer ist der contractor (Generalunternehmer)
