Economic thinkers pointed out that soft budget constraints of the state-owned companies, as well as the lack of real ownership, were the main reasons for the inefficient functioning of the communist economy.

Ich verstehe wohl, dass es darum geht, dass notfalls immer Geld nachgeschaufelt wurde und so das Budget immer dehnbar war. Wie aber heisst der deutsche Terminus technicus?
