  -> Da es offensichtlich um eine Belastungsberechnung (z.B. eines Netzteils) geht, ist das Wort "continuous" in diesem Zusammenhang m.E. überflüssig.

neutral  Johannes Gleim: = ist das genormte Symbol für Gleichstrom, ~ für Wechselstrom in Deutschland und vielen weiteren europäischen Ländern. Es sollte statt VDC (Vdc) oder VAC (Vac) verwendet werden. "Magnet" ohne Ventil macht übrigens keinen Sinn.
