English term or phrase: double jacketed hose

I'm not sure whether there is a German term for that kind of fire hose (described below) as the article quoted says the fire hose developed quite differently in Europe during the 1960s. I'd be glad to learn about any German terms or translation proposals. Thanks!

"...However, for more demanding applications, such as front line attack hoses there has always been a need for more robust products. In the US the route taken to address this was to produce the DOUBLE JACKETED HOSE. These hoses take a conventional hose and slide it into a secondary jacket that runs the full length of the hose. The result is a lined hose protected by a secondary woven layer. On occasions this outer jacket is coated. As a result, the outer jacket takes any physical abuse or damage while leaving the inner hose untouched..."
