In dieses Heißgas wird ein Rußrohstoff, meist aromatenreiche kohle- und erdölstämmige Ruß-Öle, eingedüst. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruß#Herstellungsverfahren Carbon black (subtypes are acetylene black, channel black, furnace black, lamp black and thermal black) is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum products such as FCC tar, coal tar, or ethylene cracking tar. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_black Bei gegebenem Volumen weist von allen Körpern die Kugel die kleinste Oberfläche auf. FIG. 1 shows in cutaway view one type of carbon black reactor 1 to which my invention is applicable, and illustrates the relative sequence of the respective zones for air/fuel feed 2, combustion zone 3, mixing zone 4 of hot combustion products and make-oil, pyrolysis zone 5, and quench zone 6. My positionable radially perpendicularly-placed make-oil feed tubes are shown as 19. FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 show variations in the positioning and control of my make-oil feed tube 19. : Preheated carbon black make-oil 18 is fed in appropriate quantity, amount, and rate by a plurality, e.g., four to six, of feedstock injector assemblies 19 suitably positioned in spaced relationship relative to each other around the shell, preferably equiangularly in a hard black reactor, and extending through the shell 15, each terminating with a nozzle 21, sealably slidably positioned by a suitable packing gland means 22, and adjustably positionable so as to inject make-oil into the mixing zone 13. The carbon black forming oil 18 often is termed the "make-hydrocarbon" or "make-oil". https://patents.google.com/patent/US4588557 Die Abbildungen sieht man unter https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/48/12/d1/746393d... Thermal black In the thermal process, which dates back to 1922, a chamber filled with checkered brickwork is heated to about 1300 °C by injecting a burning mixture of gas and air. When the required temperature has been reached, the flow of burning gas is stopped and the hydrocarbon feedstock (usually gas) is injected. Contact with the hot bricks causes the feedstock to crack, forming carbon black and hydrogen. This process is run cyclically using two chambers, one being heated while the other produces carbon black. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK424338/ The C1 peak is assigned to pyrolytic carbon which is formed from hydrocarbons adsorbed on the carbon black surface. The increase of the pyrolytic carbon deposited with increasing pyrolysis pressure is easily explained since the concentration of the pyrolytic carbon forming hydrocarbons in the gas phase increases with increasing pressure. https://p2infohouse.org/ref/11/10504/html/biblio/html4/pyh3.... |
