Auch würde mich interessieren, wie in diesem Zusammenhang "non-asset risks" bezeichnet werden.

Danke, Ralf. Ich denke, das kommt hin. Das Problem bei dieser wie bei allen PPP - es werden Begriffe isoliert in den Raum gestellt, ohne Definition, ohne weitere Ausführung. Der Autor weiß zwar, wovon er spricht, wir aber nicht. Drum mache ich PPP äußerst ungern.

Zu "non-asset risk" kann ich leider nichts sagen. Mach daraus einen separaten Eintrag, dann werden vielleicht auch noch mehr Leute darauf aufmerksam.
