Hi all,

nochmals die PPT zu den Richtlinien zur Bekämpfung von Bestechung und Korruption eines großen Konzerns. Zu den möglichen Strafen von Vergehen in diesem Bereich wird auf den FCPA Bezug genommen:

"The consequences of non-compliance [with the anti-bribery laws] include criminal penalties, which include a fine of the greater of up to $100,000 or ***twice the amount of the gain***, and up to 5 years’ imprisonment (20 years in the case of a books and records violation), and civil penalties include a fine of the greater of up to $10,000 or the ***amount of the gain***. Note that fines cannot be paid by your employer.

Wie nennt man "gain" hier in diesem Zusammenhang? Kann man hier "unlauterer Gewinn" (... in Höhe von 100.000 $ bzw. des doppelten Werts des unlauteren Gewinns ...) schreiben oder trifft es das nicht richtig?
