English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Human Resources / function grading, structure of positions in a company
English term or phrase: band (banding)
The current job leveling framework consists of 8 Bands
Each Band has a corresponding IPE position class range
Based on job evaluation outcomes, position class scores are used to align jobs and employees to Bands
This alignment of position classes to Bands provides a foundation for developing career levels based on internal job value
However, the Alignment of position classes to Bands indicates multiple job levels may be grouped together
Typically, lower job levels often comprise ~2 position classes on average with higher job levels often spanning ~3+ position classes

Ich habe auf Wikipedia auch auf Dt. Band bzw.
