Hallo,

meine Frage betrifft die Überschrift eines Vertragsabsatzes, die da lautet:
Warranty on Software Licensing Competition.
Der Kontext:
In addition to the Warranty set forth in Section 11 of the Agreement, XXX represents and warrants that it provides Services and does not license YYY software products in competition with NNN or MMM.

Der Sinn ist mir klar, es sollen nur Supportleistungen erbracht, allerdings keine konkurrierenden Lizenzen verkauft/vergeben werden. Aber wie kann man das nun kurz in einer Überschrift formulieren?
