Wenn es eine Gesellschaft nach dem bundesdeutschem Recht ist, dann wäre das wohl eine GmbH & Co. KG, denn meines Wissens nach haften bei einer KG zwar die Kmmanditisten nur mit der gesellschaftereinlage, der Komplementär jedoch mit seinem gesamten Vermögen.
