Hi there, I hope you can help me with this expression, I could not find it in any dictionary.

Please see full sentence for further context:

All interests in the principal of the trust shall vest not later than twenty-one (21) years after the death of RICHARD BROWN, HOWARD BROWN and the descendants of RICHARD BROWN and HOWARD living at the time of the death of the first Settlor to die. Immeditely before the expiration of such twenty-one (21) year period, and at any time thereafter each beneficiary of the trust shall have the right to withdraw his or her proportinate share of the trust in fee simple and free of trust.

My translation:

Jegliches Interesse am Kapital dieses Trusts wird spätestens einundzwanzig (21) nach dem Tod des Überlebenden der Trusterrichter RICHARD BROWN, HOWARD BROWN und die Nachkommen von RICHARD BROWN und HOWARD BROWN erdient, die zum Zeitpunkt des Todes des zuerst sterbenden Trusterrichters am Leben sind. Unmittelbar vor Ablauf eines solchen einundzwanzigjährigen (21) Zeitraums und jederzeit danach, sollte jeder Begünstigte des Trusts das Recht haben, dem Trust seinen oder ihren proportionalen Anteil als freien Grundbesitz oder … zu entnehmen.
