der Sekretaer der Firma als Bevollmaechtigter des Angestellten Explanation: "attorney-in-fact" is "Bevollmaechtigter" in German. See, e.g. www.dict.leo.org Black's Law Dictionary defines this term as follows: "Attorney in fact. A private attorney authorized by another to act in his place and stead, either for some particular purpose as to do a particular act, or for the transaction of business in general, not of a legal character..." I would not translate it as "Prokurist" because a person in a company is definitely not appointed by a "simple" employee to be a "Prokurist".
