Explanation:
da wir dieses Instrument im deutschen Sprachraum nicht kennen (ich kann den Schuldner mahnen so oft und wie ich will) müsste eigentlich eine Erklrung (nach dem US-Schuldrecht, o.ä.) hinzugefügt werden.
Der Fair debt letter kann übrigens auch ein Schreiben des Inkassobüros sein
