6 (b) is here completely irrelevant, because it refers to a natural person not an estate. Further the fiduciary is not owner of the estate, he is just ... fiduciary.

A person ceases to be a member of a limited liability company upon the happening of any of the following events
(10) In the case of a member that is an estate, the distribution by the fiduciary of the estate's entire interest in the limited liability company
In plain German: Ein Gesellschafter ist dann kein Gesellschafter mehr, wenn der Treuhänder einer Vermögensmasse (die den Gesellschaftsanteil enthielt) die Vermögensmasse verteilt hat.

there must be at least 1 fiduciary (who elso should represent the estate?). Also a property (land etc.) must have at least 1 owner-

I realize that the presence of the fiduciary of the estate indicates we have to do with inheritence, but in Section 6 (b) it says: The entry by a court of competent jurisdiction adjudicating him incompetent to manage his person or his estate.
