es geht hier um eine juristische Stellungnahme einer Anwaltskanzlei zu Vertretungsbefugnissen für Unternehmens-Bevollmächtigte usw.

Wie würde die Community "in the forms", kommt hier leicht abgewandelt mehrfach vor, übersetzen:

Mr. Z as representative director of P Co., Ltd. is entitled to act and sign solely on behalf of the company and to represent the company in legal transactions with himself or as a representative of a third party.
Under Korean notary public laws, a notary shall ***use the language in the standard forms established under the Korean laws and regulations***, and a notary shall not ***amend a language in the form*** in its discretion.
Therefore, the opinion above cannot be certified by a Korean notary and are [sic] not shown in the Commercial Registry Extracts.

Der Ausdruck muss je nach Satz abgewandelt werden.
