English term or phrase: Court "float list"
Is there an equivalent term in the German court system?

Your case may be put on a waiting list, called a 'float list', of extra cases not linked to a particular court or judge. If this happens your case will be heard by the first judge to become available. It may be that if your case is on a float list it will not be heard on that day.

Please note; the example here is for Immigration tribunal but in the UK "float lists" exist in all types of court /tribunal

Looks like a lay user-friendly tribunal variety of a court's 'warned list'.

Note added at 15 hrs (2020-02-27 13:39:23 GMT)

I wrote that it was a variety = sort thereof and the two IMO are closely inter-related:

'I fully accept all the difficulties with the current system of warned lists and floaters but universal listing of fixtures sadly won't work for the reasons he already mentioned'

Example sentence(s):
§ 275 ZPO.

Notes to answerer
