agree  Wolfgang Hummel: Wohl richtig. "Gegenständlichen" oder "diesbezüglichen/erwähnten" - je nach Kontext. Man müßte mehr über den Gegenstand der Patentanmeldung wissen. "Erfindungsgemäß" - na ja. Wenn es paßt. Kann ich mir aber nicht vorstellen
