If you want to use a Facility in connection with your work for a particular Business Unit and you have not previously notified XXX ILS via a FAMA application of your intent to use a Facility in connection with your work for that Disney Business Unit, you must submit a new FAMA application reflecting the additional XXX Business Unit so that Disney ILS will have a record of the relationship between the Facility and the XXX deal it relates to. Although you would need to submit a new FAMA application, if you already have a valid signed FAMA for such Facility and XXX has on file a current ILS audit for the Facility demonstrating compliance with XXX’s Minimum Compliance Standards (“MCS”), you do not need to wait for a new signed FAMA.

Man muss zwar einen Antrag stellen, damit Disney "a record of the relationship between the Facility and the XXX deal it relates to" hat, wenn man aber schon ein solches unterschriebenes FAMA-Dokument hat und die genannten Anforderungen erfüllt, muss man hier nicht darauf warten, dass man ein weiteres solches Dokument bekommt. Der Antrag ist in dem Fall quasi nur pro forma und zu Dokumentationszwecken.
