Now I almost finished the this medical text and only two words are not clarifie:
"crests and vermilion"
Here is more context.


The different injections must be well juxtaposed on the circumference of the lips without free space from the beginning at the cupid’s bow to the labial commissure. One treatment is generally enough for the lower lip and two are needed for the upper lip.
The crests are outlined sharply at the bow and up to the nose (superficial or mid dermis). If the needle is too short perform two injections.
Wrinkles on the upper lip: The treatment will be completed by the correction of the wrinkles on the edge of the vermilion border. Inject superficially (mid dermis) small quantities (a few drops will suffice) of New Fill. Two or three sessions are necessary to obtain an optimal result.
