Explanation:
Of course & in principle, Cillin and Noe are right: it's a place in London, so what? But then again, Reeperbahn is a street in Hamburg, so what? It might be relevant that CW is "the most well-known business area in London Docklands"... home to quite a number of banks and publishing houses... couldn't really recommend a TL without the context, though.
