German translation: laugh ist nicht nur auf Business zu beziehen
09:11 Jan 8, 2002
English to German translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:How's the laugh?
Taken from a text in black slang. It seems as if laugh stands for "business" here since two business people talk to each other and one asks, "How's the laugh?" Does anybody know if "business" is the correct word here? Any other suggestions?
Explanation: ..sondern auch im Zusammenhang mit einer Beziehung/Familie etc. Es wird allgemein auf alles bezogen, worüber die Personen sich unterhalten. Slangmäßige Übersetzung: Wie stehn die Dinge?
