Pendant zu Grundbuch land registry ist. Die Person, die diese Eintragungen vornimmt, ist the REGISTRAR of deeds, he is responsible for ensuring that documents presented for registration meet the legislative requirements as prescribed in the Registration of Deeds Act, 2009 and the Conveyancing Act. But this Person is not meant here, what the asker is looking for is the Person who WRITES the deeds, he is not necessarily the notary public but a civil servant, employee, official or whoever else. |

This depends on whether context gives reason to assume that this excerpt is referring to a contract. Don´t blame me should I be wrong.
