English term or phrase: the word of god
For use as something like the title of a book. I'm trying to duplicate in the English Alphabet (without accents), "the word of god" in such a way as it would be obvious to anyone that knew greek, and interesting to anyone that understood English.

Λόγος

Explanation:
Λόγος=logos (the word)
Εν αρχή ην ο λόγος=this is the very first sentence from Aristotle's (Greek philosopher) text, relating to the art of speaking
Ο λόγος του θεού=the word of god (christian use mainly)
If I were you I would use only "logos" (understood by all, but not necessarily christian).
