Καθορισμός, προσδιορισμός

Καθορισμός = kathorismos (with the stress on the last "o")
προσδιορισμός = prosdiorismos (with the stress on the last "o")

In the sense of "defining, determining". Any of the two will do, they are interchangeable

In the sense of "assertiveness, determination", the Greek equivalent is αποφασιστικότητα = apofasistikotita (with the stress in the second "o")

determination: αποφασιστικότητα (apofasistiko'tita) - He/she is determined to to do something, he/she has the determination to do....

Please note that the word may have a diferrent meaning depending upon the context (ie legal, property etc).

It may be better to provide the relevant sentence in order to get a more accurate translation.
