The Exchange Programme is indeed a unique project that is guided by a simple and very pragmatic approach. It consists of organising the ***immersion*** of judges and prosecutors in the legal system of another country, in addition to improving the efficiency of judicial training through the better coordination of policies, the pursuit of more ambitious goals and the increased use of online technology. Its financial resources, its pedagogical tools, as well as its logistical capacity, are key issues at stake in delivering upon the ultimate objective of promoting the emergence of a common European judicial area that is characterised by mutual confidence between judicial authorities.

Θα σου πρότεινα τη μύηση χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη αν δεν είχε ...μασονικές προεκτάσεις. Αστειεύομαι! Πρόκειται για εισαγωγική ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις διαφορές μεταξύ των νομικών συστημάτων και πλήρη ενασχόληση με αυτά προκειμένου να πετύχουν την εξοικείωση με το θέμα. disagree  iraklis25: Γράφεις στο σχόλιό σου ......"προκειμένου να πετύχουν την εξοικείωση με το θέμα". Επομένως κατά τα λεγόμενά σου ο επιδιωκόμενος στόχος είναι η "εξοικείωση". Για ποιό λόγο διαφωνείς λοιπόν με την μετάφραση "εξοικείωση"?

  -> Δε διαφωνώ με την 'εξοικείωση' ως τελικό στόχο. Διαφωνώ με το σχόλιό σου ότι δε σημαίνει πλήρη ενασχόληση το 'immersion'. Σόρρυ που άργησα να απαντήσω αλλά τώρα γύρισα από συνέδριο.
