Chronia polla!

Χρόνια πολλά (Chronia polla!)
...litteraly means: (have) a lot years (to live)
It is a kind of universal greeting here in Greece, that we wish at several festive occasions - one of which are birthdays of course.

I hope that helps!

Χαρούμενα γενέθλια, Χρόνια πολλά

Even though Chronia Polla ("live" many years) is used in all holidays, Charoumena Genethlia is more specific to birthdays. You can also say "Να ζήσεις" (Na zisis), meaning "to live 'for many years'", something like "Many more".
I would go for Charoumena Genethlia.
