disagree  Eynati: Quite wrong, I am afraid. It's nothing whatsoever to do with being respected or with status, but having fulfilled all the membership obligations. standing=emda is a false friend. cf. http://www.courts.state.ny.us/courts/ad1/certificates.shtml

member in good standing
חבר שמילא את כל חובותיו

Explanation:
The above Hebrew is not terribly elegant, but it has the advantage of being correct ... a member in good standing has paid all the membership fees and fulfilled any other obligations.

For example, being 'in good standing' would entitle the member to vote or to be elected for various positions, something from which members not in good standing (behind with their subscriptions, for example) would be barred.

Another possibility, suggested by a colleague (thanks, Sue) is
min ha-minyan
מן המנין
It's not 100% the same thing, but does put across the idea of being a 'regular' member, not in breach of any provision.

And I don't deserve any points at all because ...?
