It seems as if this is a statement for managers to follow. ;-) I remember my one of the managers in a BPO, who smiled after seeing me and asked my whereabouts and seemed concerned about me. I felt safe while working there with such an attitude, being an employee, that there is someone who is taking care of my needs. The same manager, is currently working as a V.P. in another well-known B.P.O. I wish him best of luck.
