Maga az a pont, ahol erről szó van, a mentességekről való lemondás, ami visszavonhatatlan, meg minden, de egyebekben nagyon szűkszavú. Valami olyasmi lehet, hogy a felek perbe vonhatók, vagyontárgyaik lefoglalhatók és végrehajthatók és az erre vonatkozó iratokat ugyanarra a cimre kell küldeni, mint amit egyébként is a szerződés céljára megadtak. De hogy mondják ezt magyarul?! A levelezési cim egy kicsit gyenge, a periratok kézbesitése nem igazán jó, mert nem biztos, hogy per, stb.
