Initial Stroke Setting
Determine Application Grip in millimeters.
• Remove battery pack from tool.
• Remove Nose Housing (C) and Collet (A) to expose the Stroke Adjustement Pin (N).
• Set the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) to flush with Pulling Head Adapter (P).
• Rotate the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) according to the following:
• Pin Adjustment = 3.5 full turns clockwise (CW) plus Application Grip
Example:
Application Grip = 4mm
Pin Adjustment: 3.5 turns + 4 turns = 7.5 full turns

• Verify setting by installing NeoBolt® in Application Grip.

anyagvastagság
Explanation:
Ez egyszerűen az a vastagság, amit a popszegecsnek át kell fogni, meg kell tartani. A teljes vastagság számít, mivel több réteget szegecselnek össze.
Lásd:
"Recommended application conditions for these ABS614L Large Flange Rivets 3/16″ x 7/8″ can be critical to assure the optimum performance of this fastener. The application hole size should be 0.192 inches minimum to 0.196 inches maximum. To achieve this size hole a #11 drill size is required. The application grip range should be between 1/2″ to 7/8″. The “grip range” is defined as the total thickness of the application being riveted. "
