Solution 1 and 3 are practicall the same. The difference is the preposition used
1. I can compile the emotions dispolaied ***in*** your eyes.
2: The same but instead of "can" a stronger accented expression "I am able to..." is used
(Your eyes reflect your emotions. Looking into your eyes I am able to understand your feelings. )
3: (You need not say anything about your feelings as...) I can read those ***out of*** your eyes.
