pencemaran nama baik, fitnah (lisan), fitnah (tertulis)
Explanation:

defamation, slander and libel
fitnah, perkataan fitnah, tulisan fitnah

Explanation:
Kalau mau menuruti definisi: slander/libel = oral/written defamation, bisa jadi panjang:

perkataan dusta yang mencemarkan nama baik
tulisan dusta yang mencemarkan nama baik

Mungkin cukup: perkataan fitnah, tulisan fitnah.

defamation, slander and libel
pencemaran nama baik, pencemaran lisan dan pencemaran tertulis

Explanation:
As the asker implies, defamation can be either spoken or written:
KUHP 310 differentiates between pencemaran (max. penalty 9 months gaol) and pencemaran 'dengan tulisan atau gambaran' (1 year 4 months).
Libel is written defamation = pencemaran tertulis
But KUHP 311 defines 'fitnah' which is the most serious crime. This can be either pencemaran or pencemaran tertulis: It occurs when the accused (the person doing the libelling) is invited to prove the truth of the things alleged in the defamation and is unable to do so. (Penalty max. 4 years!)
