card litearlly translated as `kartu'. In this context it must be a credit card which Indonesian we translate into `kartu kredit'. However, I think you do not need to translate into `kartu kredit', because if say `kartu' it will be clear from the context of the conversation. But, if you are still not sure wheteher the audience see context you can use `kartu kredit' instead.

Sorry guys; the more I think the more I prefer to use only "Kartu" (Card), instead of "Kartu Kredit" (Credit Card).
That's because many cards are not credit card in nature, e.g. charge cards (e.g. Amex), debit card (Visa Electron, BCA Cash), even membership cards.
Thus, the translation would be as follows:
