Excuse my Italian, however "accretive" seems to be a new buzz word going around. The operating margin will grow as a result of an external addition. It is the opposite to organic growth. The Italian for it is accrescitive. The term is also used with the same meaning in biology.
By the way, why is this Italian to English?
