Earn a degree, certificate, or diploma and be a police officer, criminologist, investigator, or law enforcement, legal professional. oppure dal Dizionario Giuridico Giuffrè: Parole: è detto così in materia penale un istituto per la riabilitazione del condannato esistente nell'ordinamento inglese e in quello nordamericano....esso consente la scarcerazione preventiva e condizionale del condannto che....ed ha luogo "on licence" da parte del... su parere del Parole Board, organo costituito da un magistrato, uno psichiatra,un sociologo eun criminologo...Il detenuto rilasciato...è detto essere "on parole" ed è posto sotto la supervisione di un "parole officer". parole officer giudice della sorveglianza Explanation: Ne ho conosciuto almeno uno ed anche se è vero che almeno negli States il "parole officer" non è un giudice, rimane che in Italia la soveglianza, almeno per ora, viene affidata ai giudici (ci saranno coloro che diranno meno male!) Quindi a me pare giusto tradurre con giudice di sorveglianza. Non dimentichiamo che il "parole officer" lavora con il giudice negli states ed è quindi il suo portavoce, per così dire. |
