English term or phrase: eaves
Once the bulbs have finished flowering you should still water the pots while the leaves are green; as soon as they start to brown, reduce watering. Then you can move the pot somewhere dry to give the bulbs their rest. This can be under a greenhouse bench, under some trees or the eaves of your house.

"Eaves are the part of the roof that hangs out over the walls to provide shade to the outside of your house. An eave is formed when the ends of the rafters extend past the outside walls and hang over the side of the house"

"Then you can move the pot somewhere dry to give the bulbs their rest"
