neutral  Francesco Badolato: Non capisco come si possa proporre una traduzione senza contesto e inoltre a mio parere il termine non significa "stagnante". Le frasi che riporti non confermano nulla: se propongo un termine e poi la cerco su Google è chiaro che lo trovo
