Come tradurreste il passaggio "to the lower traveling body"? "RISPETTO al corpo mobile inferiore" è corretto?
Mi riferisco al secondo "to the lower traveling body" nella seguente frase. Quello per intenderci che segue subito "rightwards or leftwards".

"The rotation motor 18 is provided with a mechanical brake 24 serving as a negative brake for generating a mechanical brake power. In a state that the mechanical brake 24 is released, since a drive force of the rotation motor 18 is transmitted to the lower traveling body 2 via the rotation deceleration mechanism 19, the upper rotating body 3 is rotated rightwards or leftwards to the lower traveling body 2."

Avrei tradotto così:
"Il motore di rotazione 18 è dotato di un freno meccanico 24 che serve da freno negativo per generare una potenza di frenatura meccanica. In una condizione in cui il freno meccanico 24 viene rilasciato, poiché una forza di azionamento del motore di rotazione 18 viene trasmessa al corpo mobile inferiore 2 tramite il meccanismo di decelerazione di rotazione 19, il corpo rotante superiore 3 viene ruotato verso destra o verso sinistra rispetto al corpo mobile inferiore 2."
