Il pin bone remover sembra essere una specie di rullo scanalato che "strappa" la lisca del pesce in modo automatico.
Non sono certo un esperto in materia, quindi aspetto conferme dai colleghi.

in effetti disosso si usa più per la carne che per il pesce
e spinatura e diliscamento sembra siano sinonimi
e infine l'opposizione manuale/meccanica sembrerebbe avere più senso
insomma forse ha ragione AM
son troppo stanca per ulteriori ricerche, sorry
