Si tratta del titolo di una pagina introduttiva a un piano alimentare che prevede una alimentazione sana, alla Eat Clean (mangiare pulito). Le utenti sono prevalentemente donne dai 20 ai 30 di istruzione medio alta.
"Il tuo focus" è oramai sdoganato in italiano? Io non amo molto "non tradurre", ma per clean eating vedo per esempio che va la tendenza attuale è lasciarlo in inglese. Con focus non riesco a trovare un'alternativa abbastanza concisa. Ammetto che con focus non la trovo mai abbastanza facilmente.

Il termine inglese si sente molto.
Anche a me piace trovare sempre un equivalente italiano e, in questo caso, opterei per il suggerimento che ti ha già fatto l'altro collega ("obiettivo").

Se ci lasci la frase intera, però, magari troviamo anche una resa migliore!
