Hi everyone,

I am translating a letter to be sent to AIFA (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco).
The letter explains the changes made between two editions of an Investigator Brochure. To see all changes made, they ask the reader to refer to "the red-lined comparison of version 12 to 13".

The term "red-lined" makes me think you're able to see the changes occured to the versions by looking at the senteces underlined in red; this is also what Wikipedia says.

I am unsure whether this should be translated as "confronto della versione 12 con la versione 13" or use "confronto sottolineato in rosso tra la versione 12 e la versione 13".

Any help is much appreciated!
