dovrebbero essere le celle "provvisorie" dove vengono custodite le persone in attesa del parere del giudice. In Italia alcuni comandi di Polizia Municipale sono dotate di camere di sicurezza per custodire coloro che (ad esempio) in preda ai fumi dell'alcol causano risse etc.
