Asker: Il contratto riguarda l'uso di alcune informazioni di una delle parti per conto dell'altra... potrebbe quindi riferirsi ad un contratto di licenza d'uso?

Asker: Ecco parte del testo "The Investigator shall perform the Study as set out in the Work Plan, which is made a part of this Agreement. XXX shall deliver XXX Material and Information to the Investigator at the address set out in the Work Plan after complete execution of this Agreement. Investigator and Institution shall only use the XXX Material and Information to perform the Study, and Investigator shall ensure that the Study undergoes all required internal review and approval processes before its initiation.
