agree  Oscar Romagnone: Concordo Gaetano. Quanto alla resa si potrebbe anche usare la locuzione "far sorgere". Ad es. "Il diritto dell'AZIENDA di modificare o interrompere i servizi non fa sorgere (in capo alla stessa) alcuna responsabilità verso l'Utente o eventuali terzi.
