I can't find the word "daim" anywhere, I'll give you some examples here. I found the word in legal texts. I'd be grateful if you could help me figuring out what it means.

XXX daims EUR XXX and, therefore, exercise its right to set-off with the daim of XXX.

It might simply be an OCR error, especially if it's a PDF file.
With "claim" everything makes perfect sens.
