for such other and further relief

Law/Patents - Law (general) / family law
English term or phrase: for such other and further relief
This is written as a free standing, final point of a parental rights judgment.. it confuses me because it has no verb, no context (the previous points describe in detail who has parental rights and how they ought to appear on the unborn child's birth certificate- it's a surrogacy case). The full point reads
For such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
Do you think it's "Salvo ulteriori disposizioni...." or another concept entirely?
Thanks!
