l'ho sentito anche io solo in inglese, però la traduzione letterale già proposta (e che evidentemente sta entrando nell'uso) non è affatto male... in alternativa mi vengono in mente solo risposte ironiche come per es:

proprio quello che mi serve
proprio quello che (mi) ci voleva
non vedevo l'ora
non desideravo/aspettavo altro

ma spostano un po' il significato e comunque sono più deboli... cmq hth
