una possibilità se ti va di lasciare "jam". Jam è molto usato in ambito musicale e rende l'idea di qualcosa in cui ognuno contribuisce dando sfogo alla sua creatività. Eviterei "brainstorming" perchè in quel tipo di sedute si dice la prima cosa che passa per la testa, mentre in una jam si dovrebbe interviene solo se si ha qualcosa da proporre.
